The Mainland of China : Notice of the State Taxation Administration Concerning Certain Issues Related to Optimizing and Integrating the Export Tax Rebate Information System, and Providing Better Service to Taxpayers

The State Taxation Administration issued on 3 June 2021 the "Notice Concerning Certain Issues Related to Optimizing and Integrating the Export Tax Rebate Information System, and Providing Better Service to Taxpayers", which took effect on the date of promulgation. As for Jiangsu province, Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region, Hainan province, Sichuan province, Guizhou province, Yunnan province and Tibet autonomous region, the notice will be implemented from the date when the relevant system is available online. Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the notice (available in Chinese only).
