The Shenzhen Municipal Ecological Environment Bureau is seeking comments from the public on "Applicable Standards on Discretionary Administrative Penalties under 'Regulation on Management of Pollution Discharge Permits'" (Consultation Draft) and "Implementation of Applicable Standards on Discretionary Administrative Penalties Entrusted by the Department of Ecology and Environment of Guangdong Province in 2021" (Consultation Draft).
