The Ministry of Finance and the State Taxation Administration jointly issued on 2 June 2021 the "Notice Concerning Certain Pre-tax Deduction Issues Related to Public Welfare Donations Made Through Public Welfare-related Mass Organizations", which took effect from 1 January 2021.
