The Mainland of China : "Catalogue of Industries for Encouraging Foreign Investment (2020 Version)"

The National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China promulgated on 27 December 2020 the "Catalogue of Industries for Encouraging Foreign Investment (2020 Version)", which will take effect from 27 January 2021. Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the catalogue (available in Chinese only).
