The Mainland of China : Total Permissible Quantity, Application Criteria and Procedures for Import of Crude Oil for Non-state Trading in 2021

The Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China issued on 30 October 2020 a notice concerning the total permissible quantity, application criteria and procedures for import of crude oil for non-state trading in 2021. The application deadline is 15 November 2020. Please refer to Appendix (pdf format) for the notice (available in Chinese only).
