The Mainland of China : Preliminary Ruling on the Anti-dumping Investigation against Imports of Ethylene-propylene-non-conjugated Diene Rubber (EPDM) Originating in the United States, the Republic of Korea and the EU

The Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China issued Notice No. 48/2020 on 23 October 2020, announcing the preliminary ruling on the anti-dumping investigation against imports of ethylene-propylene-non-conjugated diene rubber (EPDM) originating in the United States, the Republic of Korea and the EU. The tariff codes of the product concerned are 4002 7010 and 4002 7090. Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the notice (available in Chinese only).
