The Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China issued Notice No. 45/2020 on 16 October 2020, announcing the preliminary ruling on the anti-dumping investigation against imports of Polyphenylene Sulfide (PPS) originating in Japan, the United States, the Republic of Korea and Malaysia. The tariff code of the product concerned is 3911 9000. Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the notice (available in Chinese only).
