The Department of Finance of Guangdong Province and the Department of Commerce of Guangdong Province issued a notice to promulgate the"Measures on Administering the Special Fund by the Department of Commerce of Guangdong Province for Promoting High Quality Development of Economy (Foreign Trade and Economic Development and Modern Service Industry Development)", which took effect from the date of promulgation for 3 years.
