The Standing Committee of the Guangdong Provincial People's Congress promulgated on 29 September 2020 the decision on annulling "Regulations on Openness in Public Affairs of Guangdong Province" and"Regulations on Protecting Rights of Individually Owned Stores and Private Enterprises of Guangdong Province", which took effect on the date of promulgation.
