India : Final Findings on the Second Sunset Review Investigation of Anti-Dumping Duty on Flax Fabrics Originating in or Exported from Hong Kong and the Mainland of China
Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 52/2020 of 10 January 2020 on the initiation of a second sunset review by the Indian Authority regarding anti-dumping duty on flax fabrics originating in or exported from Hong Kong and the Mainland of China, the Indian Authority has issued a notification to announce the final findings of the second sunset review investigation of the case.
DETAILS
2.The final findings recommended continued imposition of definitive anti-dumping duty on flax fabrics originating in or exported from Hong Kong and the Mainland of China. Details of the final findings are available at the following website -

3.Further to the final findings, the Indian Authority has issued the Custom Notification on 10 November 2020. Salient points are set out below:
