The 29th ministerial conference of the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China passed on 18 August 2020 the "Rules on Handling Complaints of Foreign-Invested Enterprises", which will take effect on 1 October 2020.  Please refer to Appendix (pdf format) for the notice (available in Chinese only).
