India : Extension of the Safeguard Measure on "Solar Cells Whether or Not Assembled in Modules or Panels"
The Ministry of Commerce and Industry of India published a Final Finding Notification dated 18 July 2020 announcing that India has concluded the review investigation and decided to continue the imposition of safeguard duty on imports of "solar cells whether or not assembled in modules or panels" under the Harmonised System (HS) Codes 8541 40 11 and 8541 40 12. 2.Salient points of India's safeguard measure are set out below –
