The Shenzhen Municipal People's Government issued a notice on 13 July 2020 to promulgate the "Shenzhen's Certain Measures on Stabilizing Foreign Investment and Promoting Development in 2020", with effect from the date of promulgation until 31 December 2020.  Please refer to Appendix (pdf format) for the notice (available in Chinese only).
