The National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China promulgated on 24 June 2020 the "Special Administrative Measures (Negative List) for the Access of Foreign Investment (2020)", which will take effect from 23 July 2020. Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the list (available in Chinese only).
