The Mainland of China : "Trial Measures of the Market Supervision Administration of Guangdong Province on Disclosure of Information Related to the Decision on Administrative Law Enforcement"

The Market Supervision Administration of Guangdong Province issued a notice on 26 December 2019 to promulgate the "Trial Measures on Disclosure of Information Related to the Decision on Administrative Law Enforcement", which will take effect from 1 February 2020 for 3 years.
