Commercial Information Circular No. 325/2020

The Mainland of China : Public Consultation on "Regulations on Qianhai and Shekou Pilot Free Trade Zone Area of Shenzhen Special Economic Zone (Draft for Consultation)" and "Regulations on Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Modern Service Industry Cooperation Zone of  Shenzhen Special Economic Zone (Revised Draft for Consultation)"

The Standing Committee of Shenzhen Municipal People's Congress (SZRD) is seeking comments from the public on "Regulations on Qianhai and Shekou Pilot Free Trade Zone Area of Shenzhen Special Economic Zone (Draft for Consultation)" and "Regulations on Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Modern Service Industry Cooperation Zone of Shenzhen Special Economic Zone (Revised Draft for Consultation)".  Interested parties can submit their comments to the SZRD before 21 April 2020 (please refer to the Appendix for contact details).  Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the notice inviting public comments (available in Chinese only).
