The Guangdong Administration for Market Regulation issued on 10 February 2020 the "Notice Concerning Inspection, Testing and Certification Tasks During Prevention and Control of Novel Coronavirus Infection", which took effect on the date of promulgation until the end date of first level response of Guangdong Province on major public health emergencies (novel coronavirus infection).  Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the notice (available in Chinese only).
