Commercial Information Circular No. 953/2019

The Mainland of China : "Revised Administrative Measures of the Customs of the People's Republic of China on Rules of Origin for Goods Imported and Exported under the 'Free Trade Agreement Between the Government of the People's Republic of China and the Government of the Republic of Singapore'"

The General Administration of Customs issued on 23 December 2019 a notice concerning the "Revised Administrative Measures of the Customs of the People's Republic of China on Rules of Origin for Goods Imported and Exported under the 'Free Trade Agreement Between the Government of the People's Republic of China and the Government of the Republic of Singapore'", which will take effect on 1 January 2020.  Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the notice (available in Chinese only).
