The Department of Industry and Information Technology of Guangdong Province of the People's Republic of China issued on 27 January 2019 its "Measures on Reform Work of 'Separation of Operating Permits and Business Licenses' Related to Selling Licence for Explosive Articles for Civilian Use", which will take effect from 1 February 2019 for three years. Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the measures (available in Chinese only).
