The Mainland of China : Notice by the Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council Concerning Tentatively Not Implementing Additional Tariff Measures on Some Imported Goods Originated from the United States

The Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council of the People's Republic of China issued on 15 December 2019 the "Notice by the Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council Concerning Tentatively Not Implementing Additional Tariff Measures on Some Imported Goods Originated from the United States".  Accordingly, starting from 12:01 on 15 December 2019, additional tariff measures stipulated in the "Notice by the Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council Concerning Increasing Additional Tariffs on Some Imported Goods (Third Batch) Originating from the United States" for goods listed in Annex 2 of that notice would tentatively not be implemented, and the "Notice by the Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council Concerning Resumption of Suspended Additional Tariffs on Vehicles and Parts Originating from the United States" would also tentatively not be implemented.  Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the notice (available in Chinese only).
