The Mainland of China : "Notice on Implementing the 'Integration of Two Certificates into One Certificate' for the Record-keeping of Foreign Trade Operators and Enterprises in the Place of Origin"

The Ministry of Commerce, the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China and the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade promulgated on 23 September 2019 the "Notice on Implementing the 'Integration of Two Certificates into One Certificate' for the Record-keeping of Foreign Trade Operators and Enterprises in the Place of Origin", which will take effect from 15 October 2019. Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the notice (available in Chinese only).
