The Mainland of China : Notice by the Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council Concerning the First Exclusion from the First Batch of Additional Tariffs on US Imports

The Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council of the People's Republic of China issued on 11 September 2019 a notice concerning the first exclusion from the first batch of additional tariffs on imported goods originating from the United States. From 17 September 2019 to 16 September 2020 (1 year), the Mainland China will exclude two lists of products from the first batch of additional tariffs imposed on US imports as countermeasures to US Section 301 measures. For products in Annex 1 to the notice, additional tariffs levied can be refunded. For products in Annex 2 to the notice, additional tariffs levied cannot be refunded.
