The Mainland of China : Notice by the Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council Concerning Resumption of Suspended Additional Tariffs on Vehicles and Parts Originating from the United States

The Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council of the People's Republic of China issued on 23 August 2019 a notice concerning resumption of suspended additional tariffs on vehicles and parts originating from the United States, which will be implemented since 12:01 on 15 December 2019. Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the notice (available in Chinese only).

2.For the goods listed in the Annexes of the "Notice by the Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council Concerning Suspending Additional Tariffs on Vehicles and Parts Originating from the United States (Notice No. 10, 2018)", please refer to CIC No. 1118/2018 dated 17 December 2018 for details.
