The Mainland of China : Decision to Amend 15 Laws Including the "Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Atmospheric Pollution" and the "Environmental Protection Tax Law of the People's Republic of China"

The Standing Committee of the National People's Congress passed on 26 October 2018 the decision to amend 15 laws including the "Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Atmospheric Pollution" and the "Environmental Protection Tax Law of the People's Republic of China", which took effect on the date of promulgation. Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the decision (available in Chinese only).
