The Mainland of China : Decision of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress on Extending the Duration of Authorization to the State Council on Launching the Pilot Drug Marketing License Holder System in Some Regions

The Standing Committee of the National People's Congress passed on 26 October 2018 its "Decision on Extending the Duration of Authorization to the State Council on Launching the Pilot Drug Marketing License Holder System in Some Regions" (extension of one year), which will take effect on 5 November 2018.
