The Ministry of Finance (MOF) and the State Administration of Taxation of the People's Republic of China is seeking comments from the public on the "Interim Measures on Specific Supplementary Deduction of Personal Income Tax (Draft)". Interested parties can submit their comments via MOF's website (available in Chinese only) or other means (please refer to the Appendix for contact details) before 4 November 2018.
