The Mainland of China : Public Consultation on Legislative Items in 2019 of the Ministry of Justice

The Ministry of Justice (MoJ) of the People's Republic of China issued a notice on 13 October 2018 to invite suggestions from the public on legislative items in 2019.  The deadline for submission is 15 November 2018.  Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the notice (available in Chinese only).  Interested parties may submit their comments to MoJ (Please refer to Appendix for contact details).
