The Mainland of China : "Shenzhen's Measures on Disclosure of Information on Illegal Acts Relating to Labour and Social Security"

The Human Resources and Social Security Administration of Shenzhen Municipality issued on 25 September 2018 a notice to promulgate the "Shenzhen's Measures on Disclosure of Information on Illegal Acts Relating to Labour and Social Security", which will take effect from 1 December 2018 for 5 years.
