Commercial Information Circular No. 854/2018

The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning Issues Related to Launching Pilot Work on Filing Administration of Imported Non-special Use Cosmetics in the Shenzhen Qianhai and Shekou Area of the China (Guangdong) Pilot Free Trade Zone

The Guangdong Food and Drug Administration of the People's Republic of China issued on 31 August 2018 the "Notice Concerning Issues Related to Launching Pilot Work on Filing Administration of Imported Non-special Use Cosmetics in the Shenzhen Qianhai and Shekou Area of the China (Guangdong) Pilot Free Trade Zone". During the pilot implementation from the date of promulgation to 21 December 2018, the examination and approval administration would be adjusted to filing administration. Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the notice (available in Chinese only).
