The Mainland of China : Public Consultation on "Law of the People's Republic of China on Vehicle Purchase Tax (Draft)"

The Commission of Legislative Affairs of Standing Committee of the National People's Congress (NPC) of the People's Republic of China is seeking comments from the public on the "Law on Vehicle Purchase Tax (Draft)". Interested parties can submit their comments via NPC's website (available in Chinese only) or other means (please refer to the Appendix for contact details) before 4 October 2018.
