The Mainland of China : Implementation Measures of Shenzhen Municipality on Tax Exemption/Tax Rebate Policies for Foreign Research and Development Institutions Procuring Equipment

Four governmental organisations including the Economy, Trade and Information Commission of Shenzhen Municipality of the People's Republic of China jointly issued on 2 July 2018 a notice concerning　the "Implementation Measures of Shenzhen Municipality on Tax Exemption/Tax Rebate Policies for Foreign Research and Development Institutions Procuring Equipment", which will take effect on 1 August 2018 and will be valid for five years.  Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the notice (available in Chinese only).
