The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning New Rules of Origin since 1 July 2018 for Goods Entitled to Zero Tariff Preference under the "Mainland and Hong Kong Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement"

The General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China issued a notice on 6 June 2018 to promulgate the rules of origin for new item of goods entitled to zero tariff preference under the "Mainland and Hong Kong Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement" (CEPA), which will take effect on 1 July 2018. Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the notice (available in Chinese only).

2.For details of the "CEPA Rules of Origin for Goods Applying for Zero Tariff in the First Half of 2018", please refer to CIC No. 535/2018 dated 1 June 2018 issued by this Department.
