The Mainland of China : "Dongguan's Interim Measures on the Administration of Paid Use and Trading of Pollution Discharge Rights (Revised Version)"

Three government organisations including the Environmental Protection Bureau of Dongguan issued a notice on 18 May 2018 to promulgate the "Dongguan's Interim Measures on the Administration of Paid Use and Trading of Pollution Discharge Rights (Revised Version)", which took effect from the date of promulgation until 31 December 2020. Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the notice (available in Chinese only).
