The Mainland of China : Decision of the General Administration of Customs Concerning Repeal of Certain Provisions

The General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China  issued on 28 April 2018 a notice concerning repeal of certain provisions (including "Measures on Administrative Review Related to Entry/Exit Inspection and Quarantine" and "Provisions on Administrative Punishment Procedures Related to Entry/Exit Inspection and Quarantine"), which took effect on the date of promulgation.  Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the decision (available in Chinese only).
