The Mainland of China : Decision to Amend Six Laws including the "Frontier Health and Quarantine Law" and "Law on Inspection of Imported and Exported Commodities"

The Standing Committee of the National People's Congress passed on 27 April 2018 the decision to amend six laws including the "Frontier Health and Quarantine Law of the People's Republic of China" and "Law of the People's Republic of China on Inspection of Imported and Exported Commodities", which took effect on the date of promulgation.  Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the full text (available in Chinese only).
