The Mainland of China : Decision of the State Council on the Amendment and Abolishment of Certain Administrative Regulations

The State Council promulgated on 19 March 2018 the decision on the amendment and abolishment of certain administrative regulations ("the Decision"), which took effect on the date of promulgation.  The Decision involves amending 18 regulations and abolishing 5 regulations.  Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the Decision (available in Chinese only).
