Viet Nam : Safeguard Measure on Certain Fertilisers of Diammonium Phosphate (DAP) and Monoammonium Phosphate (MAP)
Further to Commercial Information Circular (CIC) No. 715/2017 dated 17 August 2017, this CIC informs that Viet Nam has imposed a safeguard measure on the imports of certain fertilisers of Diammonium Phosphate (DAP) and Monoammonium Phosphate (MAP) under the Harmonised System (HS) Codes 3105 10 20, 3105 10 90, 3105 20 00, 3105 30 00, 3105 40 00, 3105 51 00, 3105 59 00 and 3105 90 00 according to a communication circulated by the World Trade Organization (WTO). CIC No. 715/2017 is hereby superseded.
