Commercial Information Circular No. 271/2018

The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning Issues Related to Implementation of Filing Administration on Imported Non-special Use Cosmetics in an Expanded Pilot Coverage

To promote and reproduce the pilot experience of Pudong New Area of Shanghai, the China Food and Drug Administration of the People's Republic of China issued on 8 March 2018 a notice expanding the pilot coverage of implementation of filing administration on imported non-special use cosmetics to 10 pilot Free Trade Zones in Tianjin, Liaoning, Zhejiang, Fujian, Henan, Hubei, Guangdong, Chongqing, Sichuan and Shanxi.  The notice took effect from the date of promulgation and will be effective until 21 December 2018.  Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the notice (available in Chinese only).
