The Mainland of China : "Notice Concerning Adjustments to the Gross Tax Rates for Unfinished Products Sold by Real Estate Development Enterprises in Guangdong Province" of the Guangdong Local Taxation Bureau

The Guangdong Local Taxation Bureau of the People's Republic of China issued on 24 February 2018 a notice concerning adjustments to the gross tax rates for unfinished products sold by real estate development enterprises in Guangdong Province, which will take effect on 31 March 2018 and will be valid for five years (applicable in 2018 and subsequent tax years).
