The Mainland of China : "Certain Issues Relating to New Invoice Issuance Rules for Manufacturers and Distributors of Finished Oil" of the Guangdong Provincial Office of the State Administration of Taxation

The Guangdong Provincial Office of the State Administration of Taxation of the People's Republic of China issued on 28 February 2018 a letter concerning certain issues relating to new invoice issuance rules for manufacturers and distributors of finished oil. The letter includes the coverage of finished oil and the relevant types of value-added tax invoices, and points to note for finished oil distributors issuing these invoices. Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the letter (available in Chinese only).
