The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning Certain Implementation Issues on "Operational Guidelines on the Administration of Comparison Checking on the Filed Value-added Tax Returns (Trial)"

The State Administration of Taxation of the People's Republic of China issued on 27 February 2018 a notice concerning certain implementation issues on "Operational Guidelines on the Administration of Comparison Checking on the Filed Value-added Tax Returns (Trial)" (Operational Guidelines). The effective date of the Operational Guidelines will be changed from 1 March 2018 to 1 May 2018. Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the notice (available in Chinese only).
