The Mainland of China : Public Consultation on "Guangdong Province's Regulations on the Prevention of Soil Pollution (Draft)"

The General Office of the Standing Committee of Guangdong Provincial People's Congress (SCGDPC) is inviting public comments on "Guangdong Province's Regulations on the Prevention of Soil Pollution (Draft)". The deadline is 10 March 2018. Interested parties may send their comments to the General Office of the Environmental and Resources Protection Committee of the SCGDPC. Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the draft (available in Chinese only).
