The Mainland of China : Decisions of the People's Government of Guangdong Province on Implementation Adjustments Related to Provincial Provisions/Administrative Rules and Reform Issues in the China (Guangdong) Pilot Free Trade Zone and Pilot Reform Areas of "Separation of Operating Permits and Business Licenses"

The People's Government of Guangdong Province issued on 6 February 2018 its "Decisions on Implementation Adjustments Related to Provincial Provisions/ Administrative Rules and Reform Issues in the China (Guangdong) Pilot Free Trade Zone and Pilot Reform Areas of 'Separation of Operating Permits and Business Licenses'", which took effect on the date of promulgation. Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the decisions (available in Chinese only).
