Commercial Information Circular No. 172/2018

The Mainland of China : "Guidelines on Anti-Monopoly Work of the Shenzhen Qianhai and Shekou Area of the China (Guangdong) Pilot Free Trade Zone"

The Administrative Committee of the Qianhai and Shekou Area of the China (Guangdong) Pilot Free Trade Zone issued on 22 December 2017 a notice concerning the "Guidelines on Anti-Monopoly Work of the Shenzhen Qianhai and Shekou Area of the China (Guangdong) Pilot Free Trade Zone", which took effect on 30 December 2017 and is valid for five years. Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the notice (available in Chinese only).
