Commercial Information Circular No. 154/2018

The Mainland of China : "Pilot Work Plan on Environmental Pollution Mandatory Liability Insurance in Shenzhen"

The Human Settlements and Environment Commission of Shenzhen Municipality and Shenzhen Regulatory Bureau of the China Insurance Regulatory Commission issued a notice on 29 December 2017 to promulgate the "Pilot Work Plan on Environmental Pollution Mandatory Liability Insurance in Shenzhen", which will be valid for 5 years. Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the notice (available in Chinese only).
