Commercial Information Circular No. 151/2018

The Mainland of China : Public Consultation on "Notice of the Department of Environmental Protection of the Guangdong Province Announcing Characteristic Coefficient Values Relating to Sampling Measurement of Applicable Taxable Pollutant Emissions under Environmental Protection Tax for Certain Industries (Consultation Draft)"

The Department of Environmental Protection of the Guangdong Province (GDEP) of the People's Republic of China is seeking comments from the public on the "Notice Announcing Characteristic Coefficient Values Relating to Sampling Measurement of Applicable Taxable Pollutant Emissions under Environmental Protection Tax for Certain Industries (Consultation Draft)".  The deadline for submission of comments is 14 February 2018.  Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the notice inviting public comments (available in Chinese only).  Interested parties may send their comments to the GDEP (please refer to the Appendix for contact details).
