The State Administration of Taxation (SAT) of the People's Republic of China is seeking comments from the public on the "Decision of the SAT on Amendments to the 'Administrative Measures on Regular Collection of Tax at Fixed Amount from Individually Owned Stores' (Consultation Draft)".  The deadline for submission of comments is 22 February 2018.  Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the letter inviting public comments (available in Chinese only).  Interested parties may send their comments to SAT or via other means (please refer to the Appendix for contact details).
