The Mainland of China : "Measures of Guangdong Province on Implementation of 'Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Soil Pollution'"

The Standing Committee of Guangdong Provincial People's Congress of the People's Republic of China issued a notice on 29 November 2018 to promulgate "Measures of Guangdong Province on Implementation of 'Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Soil Pollution'", which will take effect from 1 March 2019.
