The Mainland of China : General Implementation Rules and Detailed Implementation Rules on Production Licence for Industrial Products

The State Administration for Market Regulation (SAMR) of the People's Republic of China issued on 22 November 2018 a notice concerning the "General Rules and Implementation Rules on Implementation of Production Licence for Industrial Products", which took effect on 1 December 2018.
