The Mainland of China : Review of Anti-dumping Measures against Imports of Methyl Ethyl Ketone from Japan and the Taiwan Province

The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) of the People's Republic of China issued Notice No. 85/2018 on 20 November 2018, announcing the initiation of review of anti-dumping measures against imports of methyl ethyl ketone from Japan and the Taiwan Province.  Tariff code of the product concerned is 2914 1200.  Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the notice (available in Chinese only).

2.Interested parties may register with the Trade Remedy and Investigation Bureau of MOC to participate in the said review of anti-dumping measures within 20 days from the date of announcement (i.e. 20 November 2018).
